Rigpa UK offical website
Under the spiritual direction of Sogyal Rinpoche, the national centre in London is the heart of Rigpa UK's activity. Founded as a registered charity in 1979, Rigpa UK aims to express dynamically all the qualities and aspects of Sogyal Rinpoche's limitless vision to communicate the teachings to others.
Rigpa also has branches offering courses in Edinburgh, Birmingham, South Downs and Norwich and a growing number of Study and Practice Groups around the country.
Rigpa UK offers those following the teachings of Buddha a graduated course of study and practice, with the support and facilities they need to derive the fullest benefit in their lives. Students of all levels can progress from a basic introduction to meditation, through study of the fundamentals of Buddhism to training in compassion and more advanced courses.
Rigpa UK also runs an annual ten-day Easter retreat led by Sogyal Rinpoche.
